We serve a wide range of licensing, employment, and regulatory requirements throughout the Chicagoland area. We fingerprint for the following agencies and purposes: • Illinois PERC Card (SEC) • IL Nursing License (RPN) • National Child Protection Act (NCP) • Cannabis Dispensing Agent – DOA & CDA • Firearm Concealed Carry Instructors (CCI) • Firearm Concealed Carry (CCW) • FOID Card Applicant (FCA) • Liquor License Applicant (LIQ) • Public Adjuster License (PAL) • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) • Physician's License (PHY) • Private Detective License (PSA) • Vehicle Dealer License (VDS) What to Expect: • Quick 15-minute appointment • Digital fingerprint capture — no ink required • Results submitted electronically to the appropriate agency • Certified and compliant with Illinois state requirements What to Bring: • Current driver's license or passport (required for identification) • Your ORI number or agency request form (if applicable) • Payment of $70 (collected online at time of booking) All appointments are by appointment only — no walk-ins accepted.
